i ate 55 calories today, 6 strawberries & a stalk of celery. i had the normal amount of water and some green tea w/ lemon and apple cider vinegar. i also did sit-ups, push-ups, and legs today & really stretched out. i’ve been focusing on my posture a lot more and am thinking about wearing spanx during my work outs/most of the time to train the shape that i want. hope everyone’s day was a little productive. no matter what, you are loved. have an awesome rest of your week, get some sleep! always drink water!!♡
